500gsm or 750gsm for a Large Tarp?

GSM stands for grams per square metre and measures the weight of the PVC material. A higher GSM means a heavier, more substantial tarpaulin, while a lower GSM is lighter and easier to handle.

Weight becomes increasingly relevant as the physical size of a tarpaulin increases.
